2. ITEMS FOR COMMISSION ACTION

A. Proposed agreements with Utah Division of Wildlife Resources and with U.S. Bureau of Reclamation for funding for construction and interim stewardship and operations and maintenance of the Provo River Restoration Project.

B. Proposed modification of an agreement with Central Utah Water Conservancy District for funding operations and maintenance costs of two stream gages in the Uinta Basin.

C. Proposed modification of an agreement with Central Utah Water Conservancy District for funding for the June Sucker Recovery Implementation Program.

D. Proposed agreement with U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service for funding to study the temporal factors (as related to water temperature) affecting spawning and rearing conditions for June sucker and to describe the threshold temperatures affecting egg survival and larval fish growth.

3. ITEMS FOR COMMISSION CONSIDERATION AND PUBLIC COMMENT

A. Proposed modification of an existing agreement with U.S. Bureau of Reclamation to add funding for acquisition of lands for the Lower Duchesne River Wetlands Mitigation Project.

B. Proposed modification of an existing agreement with U.S. Bureau of Reclamation to add funding for acquisition of lands for Bonneville Unit mitigation purposes.
