B. Proposed modification of an agreement with Central Utah Water Conservancy District for monitoring flows and water quality in Diamond Fork Creek.

C. Proposed modification of an agreement with U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service to continue consultations under the Fish and Wildlife Coordination Act.

D. Proposed new agreement with U.S. Department of the Interior and Ute Indian Tribe to begin implementation of the Lower Duchesne River Wetlands Mitigation Project.
