The Mitigation Commission's Draft FY2024 Annual Report is available for review and comment. Comments on this draft may be submitted in writing, or via email by June 20, 2025 to: Diane Simmons, 230 South 500 East, Ste 230, Salt Lake City, Utah, 84106; or, Email: urmcc@usbr.gov.
In addition to releasing our draft report for comment, we’d like to extend notice in accordance with Section 301(g)(3) of CUPCA requesting recommendations of “objectives and measures” (projects) for inclusion in our next five-year plan for fiscal years 2026 through 2030. Our 2021 Mitigation and Conservation Plan covers the planning period through fiscal year 2025. Recommendations should be submitted in writing to the Mitigation Commission by September 30, 2025 at our letterhead address, or by email to urmcc@usbr.gov. |
